About our store

Nova Trend Drop operates this online store, hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store, subject to applicable law.

Orders and product information

Please review product descriptions, customization details, prices, and the total shown at checkout before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and shipping information so we can fulfill your order and contact you if needed.

Shipping

Physical orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping to the United States and Canada is free unless otherwise stated. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your physical product, with photos for review. Returns require approval, and approved returns must be unused and unworn in their original packaging. We provide the return address after approval. Customers pay return shipping and must provide tracking. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
